Revi PPL/SPL is a study and revision application designed to help candidates prepare for the theoretical examination for the Private Pilot Licence (PPL) and Semi-Professional Pilot Licence (SPL), specifically the Air Law 010 module. The app is available in French and German.

2. Data Collection and Local Storage
Revi PPL/SPL does not collect, transmit, store on remote servers, or share any personal data. The app operates with a fully local storage model.
- Local Device Storage: All data is stored exclusively and locally on your iPhone using Apple's native SwiftData framework. Nothing is sent to any external server.
- No Account Required: Revi PPL/SPL does not require any sign-up, login, email address, or account creation. You can start training immediately without providing any personal information.
- No Cloud Servers: UNISHOP LLC does not operate any external servers or cloud databases for Revi PPL/SPL. Your data never leaves your device. There is no cloud. There is no backend.
- No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
- No Data Harvesting: We do not collect, read, analyze, or transmit any of your data. Because we never possess your data, we will never sell or share it with third parties.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
For transparency, here is a complete list of data that Revi PPL/SPL stores locally on your device:
- Question Progression: Leitner box placement and mastery levels for each question, allowing the spaced-repetition system to track your progress across categories.
- Flight Log: Fuel level, daily streak, and session statistics used for gamification and the in-app dashboard.
- Achievements and Badges: Unlocked achievements and badges earned throughout your training.
- Mock Exam Results: Scores and dates from simulated examinations, stored as your personal history.
- Subscription Status: Your Pro subscription status, managed locally via Apple's StoreKit 2 framework.
All of this data resides solely on your device and is never transmitted to UNISHOP LLC or any third party.
4. Analytics and Tracking
We respect your privacy and device performance. Revi PPL/SPL intentionally excludes all third-party tracking algorithms and analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.). We do not monitor your behavior within the app. There are no cookies, no fingerprinting, no advertising identifiers. Zero tracking, zero analytics, zero ads—by design.
5. Notifications
Revi PPL/SPL may request permission to send local notifications to remind you to study.
- Local Notifications Only: Study reminders are scheduled locally on your device using Apple's native notification framework. No data is sent to any external server.
- Permission-Based: Notifications require your explicit permission via the standard iOS prompt. You can enable or disable them at any time through the app or your device's Settings.
- No Push Notification Servers: We do not use any remote push notification services. There are no tokens, no server-side triggers, and no third-party messaging platforms involved.
6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Revi PPL/SPL offers optional Pro upgrades to unlock the full question bank and advanced features.
- Two Purchase Options: A one-time lifetime purchase (Revi Pro – Full Tank ∞) and an annual subscription with a 7-day free trial.
- Secure Transactions: All purchase transactions are processed exclusively via Apple's secure StoreKit 2 framework and your personal Apple ID.
- Financial Privacy: UNISHOP LLC does not process your payment and has zero access to your sensitive financial information (such as credit card numbers or billing addresses). We simply receive an anonymous digital token from Apple confirming the transaction.
- Purchase Restoration: You can restore your purchases at any time through the app. This process communicates exclusively with Apple's servers—never with UNISHOP LLC.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your annual subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Network Connections
Revi PPL/SPL connects to the internet only to communicate with Apple's StoreKit servers for validating in-app purchases and subscriptions. No other network connection is made. The app does not contact any UNISHOP LLC server, any third-party API, or any analytics endpoint.
8. Children's Privacy
Revi PPL/SPL is an educational quiz application with no specific age restriction. The app does not target minors specifically but does not impose an age gate. Since no personal data is collected and no account creation is required, no personal data is ever transmitted to us from users of any age.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data at all times.
- Delete App Data: Uninstalling Revi PPL/SPL from your device permanently deletes all locally stored data, including question progression, flight log, achievements, and exam results.
- No Remote Data: Because UNISHOP LLC does not store any of your data on remote servers, there is no data to request deletion of on our end.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our app's features or legal requirements. Because we do not collect your email address or contact information, we cannot notify you individually. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Any modifications take effect immediately upon being posted on this site.
