Welcome to Revi-LPP! At UNISHOP LLC, we take your privacy and the security of your personal data very seriously. Revi-LPP was built with a strict "privacy-by-design" philosophy. Your learning progress, quiz results, and preferences remain securely in your hands at all times. This Privacy Policy outlines our transparent practices regarding data handling when you use the Revi-LPP iOS application (iPhone).

Revi-LPP is an educational application designed to help candidates prepare for the Swiss Federal Certificate in Occupational Pension Planning (Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en prévoyance professionnelle / eidg. Fachausweis berufliche Vorsorge). The app covers the LPP (BVG), OPP1/OPP2/OPP3 (BVV1/BVV2/BVV3), LFLP (FZG), key 2025 figures, and includes 540+ bilingual quiz questions (French and Swiss Standard German), 60 annotated legal articles, 20 thematic fact sheets, a 105-term glossary, and 5 native LPP calculators.

2. Data Collection and Local Storage

Revi-LPP does not collect, transmit, store on remote servers, or share any personal data. The app operates with a fully local storage model.

• Local Device Storage: All data is stored exclusively and locally on your iPhone using Apple's native SwiftData framework and UserDefaults. Nothing is sent to any external server.
• No Account Required: Revi-LPP does not require any sign-up, login, email address, or account creation. You can start training immediately without providing any personal information.
• No Cloud Servers: UNISHOP LLC does not operate any external servers or cloud databases for Revi-LPP. Your data never leaves your device. There is no cloud. There is no backend.
• No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information. The app creates no user account and stores no personal identifier.
• No Data Harvesting: We do not collect, read, analyze, or transmit any of your data. Because we never possess your data, we will never sell or share it with third parties.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

For transparency, here is a complete list of data that Revi-LPP stores locally on your device:

• Learning Progression: Session scores, correct and incorrect answers, per-module breakdown, time spent, and revision history — all used solely to display your statistics inside the app.
• Quiz Sessions Metadata: Date, duration, mode (quick session, official exam simulation, by category, by module, case studies), and the number of free sessions completed today (resets at midnight).
• User Preferences: Selected interface language (French / Swiss German), reference year for figures, marginal tax rate used in calculators, minimum LPP interest rate, conversion rate, daily reminder settings.
• Calculator Inputs: Last values entered in the five LPP calculators (projected vested benefits, pension vs. capital, maximum buy-in, vested benefits, coordinated salary). Never transmitted.
• Favorites: Articles, fact sheets, or glossary terms you may have flagged as favorites.
• Subscription Status: Your Pro subscription status, managed locally via Apple's StoreKit 2 framework.

All of this data resides solely on your device and is never transmitted to UNISHOP LLC or any third party.

4. Analytics and Tracking

We respect your privacy and device performance. Revi-LPP intentionally excludes all third-party tracking algorithms and analytics SDKs. There is no Firebase, no Mixpanel, no RevenueCat, no advertising framework, and no tracker of any kind integrated into the app. We do not monitor your behavior within the app. Zero tracking, zero analytics, zero ads—by design.

5. Apple Privacy Manifest

Revi-LPP includes a PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy manifest as required by Apple, declaring the following:

• UserDefaults (CA92.1): Used for storing user preferences (language, calculator parameters, reminder settings) locally on the device.
• Purchase History: Linked to the device for Pro status verification only, via Apple's StoreKit framework.
• Tracking: None. The app does not use the App Tracking Transparency framework because there is nothing to track.
• User Notifications: Local notifications only, if the user opts in to the daily revision reminder. No remote push notifications.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Revi-LPP offers an optional Pro upgrade to unlock all 540+ questions, the official 80-question / 150-minute exam simulation, the 5 interactive LPP calculators, the full library of 60 legal articles, the 20 thematic fact sheets, and detailed statistics. Two purchase options are available:

• Pro Monthly: Auto-renewable monthly subscription.
• Pro Lifetime: One-time non-consumable purchase.
• Secure Transactions: All purchase and subscription transactions are processed exclusively via Apple's secure StoreKit 2 framework and your personal Apple ID.
• Financial Privacy: UNISHOP LLC does not process your payment and has zero access to your sensitive financial information (such as credit card numbers or billing addresses). We simply receive an anonymous digital token from Apple confirming the transaction.
• Purchase Restoration: You can restore your purchases at any time from the Settings screen of the app. This process communicates exclusively with Apple's servers—never with UNISHOP LLC.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The Lifetime purchase is non-cancellable but grants perpetual access.

7. Network Connections

Revi-LPP connects to the internet only to communicate with Apple's StoreKit servers for validating in-app purchases and subscriptions. No other network connection is made. The app does not contact any UNISHOP LLC server, any third-party API, or any analytics endpoint. The entire content (questions, articles, fact sheets, glossary, calculators) is bundled with the app and works fully offline after the first launch.

8. Children's Privacy

Revi-LPP is an educational application designed for adult professional learners preparing for a federal Swiss certificate. The app does not collect any personal information from users of any age. Since all data is stored locally and no account creation is required, no personal data is ever transmitted to us.

9. Educational Content Disclaimer

Revi-LPP is a learning aid and does not constitute legal, financial, or pension-planning advice. All figures, retirement projections, and calculator outputs are indicative and based on publicly available Swiss legislation and Federal Council parameters for the year 2025. They must be verified with your own pension fund or a qualified advisor before any decision is made. UNISHOP LLC accepts no liability for actions taken based on the educational content of the app.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data at all times.

• Reset Progress: You can clear all your statistics and session history at any time via the dedicated button in the Statistics screen of the app.
• Delete App Data: Uninstalling Revi-LPP from your device permanently deletes all locally stored data, including learning progression, statistics, calculator inputs, and preferences.
• No Remote Data: Because UNISHOP LLC does not store any of your data on remote servers, there is no data to request deletion of on our end.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our app's features, in Swiss pension legislation referenced by the content, or in legal requirements. Because we do not collect your email address or contact information, we cannot notify you individually. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Any modifications take effect immediately upon being posted on this site.
