Welcome to Revi-HRSE! At UNISHOP LLC, we take your privacy and the security of your personal data very seriously. Revi-HRSE was built with a strict "privacy-by-design" philosophy. Your quiz progress, statistics, and preferences remain securely in your hands at all times. This Privacy Policy outlines our transparent practices regarding data handling when you use the Revi-HRSE iOS application (iPhone and iPad).
Revi-HRSE is a training application designed to help candidates prepare for the HRSE examination (HR Specialist, Swiss Federal Certificate). The app provides multiple-choice quizzes across four domains: Employment Law, Social Insurance, Payroll Management, and HR Administration. The app is available in French and German.
2. Data Collection and Local Storage
Revi-HRSE does not collect, transmit, store on remote servers, or share any personal data. The app operates with a fully local storage model.
- Local Device Storage: All data is stored exclusively and locally on your iPhone or iPad using Apple's native SwiftData framework. This includes your quiz progression, mastered questions, success rates, session statistics, streaks, scores, career levels, and user preferences.
- No Account Required: Revi-HRSE does not require any sign-up, login, email address, or account creation. You can start training immediately without providing any personal information.
- No Cloud Servers: UNISHOP LLC does not operate any external servers or cloud databases for Revi-HRSE. Your data never leaves your device. There is no cloud. There is no backend.
- No Data Harvesting: We do not collect, read, analyze, or transmit any of your data. Because we never possess your data, we will never sell or share it with third parties.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
For transparency, here is a complete list of data that Revi-HRSE stores locally on your device:
- Quiz Progression: Mastered questions, success rates, and progress across the four exam domains (Employment Law, Social Insurance, Payroll Management, HR Administration).
- Session Statistics: Daily streaks, quiz scores, and career level progression.
- User Preferences: Language selection (French or German), haptic feedback settings.
- Subscription Status: Your Pro subscription status, managed locally via Apple's StoreKit framework.
All of this data resides solely on your device and is never transmitted to UNISHOP LLC or any third party.
4. Analytics and Tracking
We respect your privacy and device performance. Revi-HRSE intentionally excludes all third-party tracking algorithms and analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.). We do not monitor your behavior within the app. There are no cookies, no fingerprinting, no advertising identifiers. Zero tracking, zero analytics, zero ads—by design.
5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Revi-HRSE offers optional Pro subscriptions to unlock the full question bank and advanced features.
- Three Subscription Plans: Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime. Recurring subscriptions (monthly and annual) are managed and renewed automatically by Apple.
- Secure Transactions: All purchase and subscription transactions are processed natively via Apple's secure StoreKit framework and your personal Apple ID.
- Financial Privacy: UNISHOP LLC does not process your payment and has zero access to your sensitive financial information (such as credit card numbers or billing addresses). We simply receive an anonymous digital token from Apple confirming the transaction.
- Purchase Restoration: You can restore your purchases at any time through the app's settings. This process communicates exclusively with Apple's servers—never with UNISHOP LLC.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Third-Party Services
The only third-party service involved in Revi-HRSE is Apple's StoreKit / App Store infrastructure for processing in-app purchases. No other third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising frameworks, or external services are integrated into the app.
- Apple StoreKit: Used solely for managing Pro subscription purchases and restoration. Apple's own privacy policy governs how Apple handles payment data. You can review Apple's privacy practices at apple.com/privacy.
7. Children's Privacy
Revi-HRSE is designed for adult professionals and exam candidates. The app is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union / Switzerland). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since all data is stored locally and no account creation is required, no personal data is ever transmitted to us.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data at all times.
- Delete App Data: Uninstalling Revi-HRSE from your device permanently deletes all locally stored data, including quiz progression, statistics, and preferences.
- No Remote Data: Because UNISHOP LLC does not store any of your data on remote servers, there is no data to request deletion of on our end.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our app's features or legal requirements. Because we do not collect your email address or contact information, we cannot notify you individually. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Any modifications take effect immediately upon being posted on this site.
