Welcome to Layers Duo! At UNISHOP LLC, we take your privacy and the security of your personal data very seriously. Layers Duo was built with a strict "privacy-by-design" philosophy. The intimate conversations you share with your partner are yours and yours alone—we have no access to them and never will. 2. Data Collection and Local Storage

Layers Duo operates entirely offline with a local storage model.

• 100% Offline: The app functions entirely without an internet connection. All card browsing, progress tracking, and favorite saving happen locally on your device.
• Local Device Storage: All of the information the app stores—including your saved favorite cards, reading progress, and daily card selections—is stored exclusively and locally on your iPhone.
• No Account Required: Layers Duo does not require any sign-up, login, or account creation. You can start playing immediately without providing any personal information.
• No Cloud Servers: UNISHOP LLC does not operate any external servers or cloud databases for Layers Duo. Your data never leaves your device.
• No Data Harvesting: We do not collect, read, analyze, or transmit any of your data. Because we never possess your data, we will never sell or share it with third parties.

3. Analytics and Tracking

We respect your privacy and device performance. Layers Duo intentionally excludes all third-party tracking algorithms and analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.). We do not monitor your behavior within the app. Zero tracking, zero analytics, zero ads—by design.

4. Notifications

Layers Duo does not send any notifications. There are no push notifications, no reminders, and no marketing messages of any kind. The app is designed to be used on your own terms, when you and your partner choose to.

5. Pricing and Premium

Layers Duo offers free content alongside an optional Premium upgrade to unlock all 10 card packs.

• Free Content: Two card packs are accessible for free with no time limit.
• Optional Premium: Premium unlocks all 8 additional packs (256 questions across 10 packs total). Premium is available as a monthly subscription ($1.99/month) or a one-time lifetime purchase ($9.99). The app is fully usable without Premium.
• Secure Transactions: All Premium purchases and subscriptions are processed natively via Apple's secure StoreKit framework and your personal Apple ID.
• Financial Privacy: UNISHOP LLC does not process your payment and has zero access to your sensitive financial information (such as credit card numbers or billing addresses). We simply receive an anonymous digital token from Apple confirming the transaction.

6. Children's Privacy

Layers Duo is designed for adult couples. The app contains intimate content and is not directed at children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since all data is stored locally and no account creation is required, no personal data is ever transmitted to us.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our app's features or legal requirements. Because we do not collect your email address or contact information, we cannot notify you individually. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
