Your prospecting data, contacts, and business pipeline remain securely in your hands at all times. This Privacy Policy outlines our transparent practices regarding data handling when you use the HateSelling iOS application.
2. Data Collection and Local Storage
HateSelling operates entirely offline with a local storage model.
- 100% Offline: The app functions entirely without an internet connection. All prospect tracking, streak counting, pipeline management, and script browsing happen locally on your device.
- Local Device Storage: All of the information you input—including your prospects, contact notes, interaction timelines, pipeline statuses, and streak history—is stored exclusively and locally on your iPhone.
- No Account Required: HateSelling does not require any sign-up, login, or account creation. You can start using the app immediately without providing any personal information.
- No Cloud Servers: UNISHOP LLC does not operate any external servers or cloud databases for HateSelling. Your data never leaves your device.
- No Data Harvesting: We do not collect, read, analyze, or transmit your personal or business data. Because we never possess your data, we will never sell or share it with third parties.
3. Analytics and Tracking
We respect your privacy and device performance. HateSelling intentionally excludes all third-party tracking algorithms and analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.). We do not monitor your behavior within the app. Zero tracking, zero analytics—by design.
4. Notifications
HateSelling offers an optional daily reminder feature to help you maintain your prospecting habit.
- Local Notifications Only: All reminders (at 10am, 5pm, and 8pm) are scheduled locally on your device using Apple's native notification framework. No data is sent to any external server.
- Permission-Based: Notifications require your explicit permission via the standard iOS prompt. You can enable or disable them at any time through the app or your device's Settings.
- No Push Notification Servers: We do not use any remote push notification services. There are no tokens, no server-side triggers, and no third-party messaging platforms involved.
5. Pricing and Premium
HateSelling offers a generous free tier alongside an optional Premium upgrade.
- Free Forever: The free version provides unlimited prospects, 2 prospecting scripts, 7-day activity history, and full streak tracking—at no cost, with no time limit.
- Optional Premium: Premium unlocks additional features including 12 prospecting scripts, the full 7-stage pipeline on every prospect, editable notes, unlimited history, and a weekly streak joker. Premium is entirely optional and the app is fully usable without it.
- Secure Transactions: All Premium purchases are processed natively via Apple's secure StoreKit framework and your personal Apple ID.
- Financial Privacy: UNISHOP LLC does not process your payment and has zero access to your sensitive financial information (such as credit card numbers or billing addresses). We simply receive an anonymous digital token from Apple confirming the transaction.
6. Children's Privacy
HateSelling is designed for freelancers and professionals. The app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since all data is stored locally and no account creation is required, no personal data is ever transmitted to us.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our app's features or legal requirements. Because we do not collect your email address or contact information, we cannot notify you individually. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Any modifications take effect immediately upon being posted on this site.
